A routine traffic stop quickly turns into a tense DUI arrest after a driver is caught speeding far above the posted 45 MPH limit. The officer notices signs of possible drunk driving, including the smell of alcohol and bloodshot eyes, and asks the driver to step out of the car. Things escalate when the driver refuses parts of the field sobriety test, repeatedly argues with officers, and resists being placed in handcuffs. She eventually refuses the requested breath test before being arrested and charged with DUI and resisting arrest without violence.
