Last week, a fleeing driver in a stolen vehicle took us on a lengthy tour of Volusia County that ended on an island along the Tomoka River. That's where Matthew Hall was apprehended by Deputy Eisen and K-9 Buck about five hours after it all started. Hall, 26 (DOB 6/28/1993), was charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle, fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement, driving while license suspended/revoked, possession of ammunition by a convicted felon, possession of Suboxone and resisting without violence along with open warrants for violation of probation.
