The involved vehicle subsequently fled from the police. The vehicle was located by the police in the area of 500 Plaza Drive where the police subsequently arrested the driver, a 19-year-old male, Elvin Almonte of North Bergen, NJ for Eluding [2C:29-2B], Endangering Another Person [2C:24—7.1A(2)] and Endangering the Welfare of a Child [2C:24-4A(2)]. Almonte was issued his complaint summons along with 7 motor vehicle summonses and he was released from police custody.
