Rio Rancho, NM @Copwatchtv obtained video from the Rio Rancho Police Department of a drunk driving incident that had suspect Chris Luttrell run from the police. Luttrell is a MMA coach, federal employee, and an ex-cop. Luttrell refused the breathalyzer test and police requested a warrant for his blood. It is unclear if he lost his job with the Department of Energy but it is likely with a felony arrest.
