I responded to a call regarding a suspicious person at w. Upon arrival, I encountered the suspect, who became physically resistant almost immediately. While attempting to secure her in handcuffs, she repeatedly claimed she was only 'picking up garbage,' despite being found in possession of a knife. The suspect's behavior escalated into disorderly conduct as she attempted to bite and spit on officers, necessitating the use of a spit mask. She was eventually transported for medical evaluation and then remanded to custody. Charges: - Disorderly Conduct - Resisting Arrest --------------------------------
