The officers, which included two patrol officers and a sergeant from the 67th Precinct, ordered Emile to drop his weapon. Instead of complying, Emile ran from the sidewalk to the street near a deli on Church Ave. In an attempt to subdue him, one officer fired a Taser, which briefly stunned him. Emile retained his grip on the gun and continued to flee, running back to the sidewalk and towards 52nd St. The officers repeatedly yelled at Emile to drop his gun. When he failed to comply, the officers opened fire, mortally wounding him. The officers immediately performed lifesaving measures on Emile until medics arrived and transported him to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after. Officers recovered a firearm at the scene. Emile had a lengthy criminal history, having served multiple prison stints for robbery. Records indicate he was first incarcerated in December 2007 at the age of 16. In 2021, he was locked up again for robbery, serving just over two months before he was released on parole. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Special thanks to Shout-Out Supporters on Patreon: - 'DIY Solar Power with Will Prowse' - Nathan Wilkinson - 'Portable 1' - Brice Danos - 'PhlyDaily' - 'Rowdy' - Derick McGill - Jerry Sonnal - 'Brantheman455' - 'Brother.Legal' - Zak Bennett - Jeff Short - 'walleye truth2power' - Spencer Scott - RayJayOB - Sean Sheldon - Marvin Tobar - Josef Rex - Lee Roberts - 'Mr. Unknown' - 'iqtester.org' - 'Skydog' - jaden - Jesse - Sabrina Bewey - Kelly Goodwin - 'Jun' - 'Xenik' - 'Rom' - kyle McBurnett - 'Fishy Tuna' - 'GotsNoGroove Cheryl' - 'CombatKid' - Exus Altimus - 'Dawesenm' - Paul Rohrbaugh - 'Krazy KZ' - Koby Bland - Christopher Payne - Zach Williams - Michael R Sheffield - Rich Biggs - 'JTrip' - Brant Eaton - James Pringle - 'AccuShoot.com' - 'Sopaul' - Lisa Overly - Connor Davies - 'Necko' - Gerardo Flores - Anthony Eufemio - 'Donkbot' - Gage Kissinger - 'coco Coco' ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Support us on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/PoliceActivity Follow us on X: https://x.com/Police_Activity - Links to the Best Dash Cams you can buy.
