On March 3, 2024, Wall Township Police Officers noticed a suspicious vehicle parked in the police station parking lot. Patrolman Martin made contact with a 20-year-old woman who was allegedly passed out behind the wheel of her vehicle. The woman initially denied consuming alcohol, but eventually admitted to consuming 2 beers. As a result, she was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests. At the conclusion of the tests, she was placed under arrest for Operating Under the Influence. A fake ID was discovered in her wallet. She was walked into Police Headquarters, where she refused to submit to breath testing. After receiving numerous citations, she was released to the custody of her father. Her charges are listed at the end of the video. All suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
