Bodycam footage from the Eau Claire Police Department in Wisconsin captures the aftermath of a dramatic rollover crash caused by an intoxicated driver. Officers arrive to find a car flipped on its roof and the young driver, Rachel, acting belligerent and entitled. Despite being the sole occupant of the vehicle, she bizarrely claims she was "literally in the back seat" when the crash occurred.
