On June 28, 2023, at around 4:00 AM, Upper Arlington Police Officer Domoslawski was patrolling when he observed two females standing outside of a disabled vehicle. He stopped to investigate and learned that the 22-year-old driver of a red Chevy had apparently hit a large tree branch in the road. Officer Domoslawski asked the woman if she had consumed any alcohol and she initially stated no. However, she eventually admitted to having a couple of shots before driving to pick up her sister, who works at a local gentlemen's club. She was asked to submit to standardized field sobriety tests (FSTs) and she was eventually arrested for DUI. At the police station, she agreed to submit to an evidential breath test (EBT) and the result was 0.17% BAC. The end of the video discusses her charges and the outcome of her case.
