Unless lawfully detained for a crime, one is not obligated by law to present their ID to officers requesting it under the pretext of suspicious behavior. People should be aware of their fundamental rights and know the boundaries of law enforcement. Unless reasonable articulable suspicion of a crime can be formulated, the police do not have the right to identify you in states that are not stop-and-identify states. Last but not least, filming in public for journalism and press purposes is not illegal, and even more, it can not be interfered with by the government or authority under the freedoms of the Constitution of the US.
