A security guard captures video of a man passed out behind the wheel of a running Nissan Altima — with a rifle sitting right next to him in the driver's seat. When officers arrive make contact, the situation instantly explodes. The suspect wakes up, rams a parked car, and violently flees, leading police on a reckless pursuit through residential neighborhoods at triple-digit speeds. Watch as the Special Investigations Division sets a trap, utilizing unmarked cars to execute a tense, high-stakes vehicle containment maneuver to box him in.
