On November 22, 2025, a routine traffic patrol on Interstate 4 in Volusia County, Florida, turned into a high-speed pursuit after a Florida Highway Patrol trooper clocked a black Ford Mustang traveling 94 MPH in a 70 MPH zone. According to the trooper’s report, the driver initially slowed and changed lanes after noticing the patrol vehicle, nearly causing a collision. When the trooper activated his emergency lights and siren, the driver allegedly refused to stop and accelerated to speeds exceeding 100 MPH. The pursuit continued for several miles, with the Mustang reportedly reaching speeds between **120 and 140 MPH**, weaving through traffic and traveling on both the left and right shoulders. As traffic came to a stop near Mile Marker 111, the driver allegedly used the shoulder and grassy median to bypass traffic before exiting onto Saxon Boulevard. The driver then returned to Interstate 4 and continued fleeing eastbound at speeds reportedly reaching **140 MPH in a 70 MPH zone**. After the vehicle was stopped, troopers conducted an inventory of the Mustang. According to the report, they located **thousands of dollars in cash, suspected marijuana, cocaine, vacuum-sealed bags, sandwich bags, drug paraphernalia, an electronic scale, cell phones and THC-infused cookie bars**. The report states that a white powdery substance found on an electronic scale later tested positive for cocaine. Dupree was transported to the Volusia County Jail and faced multiple charges, including fleeing and eluding with disregard for the safety of persons or property, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell or deliver, reckless driving and drug-paraphernalia-related charges. ⚠️ **All charges are allegations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.** 📍 Volusia County, Florida 📅 November 22, 2025 #PoliceChase #FloridaHighwayPatrol #Bodycam https://youtu.be/kQBC-jNdc50?is=qdkrcsDSKo3SdnbJ
