Deputies with the Flagler County Sheriff's Office were asked to check on a vehicle that had been parked at the gas pumps of a Circle K in Palm Coast, Florida for several hours. Inside, a woman was asleep with her prosthetic leg and pants removed. She told the deputy she had left a party in Jacksonville around 4:00 AM and stopped because she was tired and needed gas. During the stop, the deputy located an open container of liquor in the back seat, marijuana remnants, and loose Xanax and hydrocodone pills outside their prescription bottles. A records check showed her driver's license was suspended, with multiple prior convictions for driving while suspended. She offered to take a breathalyzer several times. She was not charged with DUI.
