A traffic stop takes a turn when a driver with only a learner’s permit and his passenger, who has a suspended license, decide cooperating with the officer is optional. The passenger refuses to provide the vehicle’s registration and insurance, even after the officer explains exactly what will happen if she doesn’t. She decides to call his bluff… and that’s when things start getting worse. Three tickets each, a tow truck, and eventually a struggle to get her out of her own car.
