The guy arrested was an American living in Texas. Just one of many willing to participate in this type of thing for some extra money. He was charged with: Smugg1ing of Persons (a 3rd degree felony). The two passengers admitted to being undocumented immigrants from Guatemala and Honduras. They told officers that the suspect had picked them up to transport them to an unknown location. After the arrest the suspect was transferred into Federal custody. This is a now a Federal case as it is seen as a threat to National security. *Suspects in these videos should always be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
