This footage captures a Florida beach patrol officer during Spring Break confronting college students from Ball State who were caught drinking alcohol on the beach. What started as a simple civil citation for open container quickly escalated when the 19-year-old student (from Iowa) handed the officer a fake ID—a serious felony charge in Florida. Watch as the student repeatedly attempts to lie about her actual date of birth, forcing the patient officer to check the system three separate times. The officer explains why honesty would have saved her from a "life-ruining felony" charge. Actions have consequences! ⚠️ Content Warning: This video contains high-stress conflict and discussion of illegal activity. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. #policebodycam #DUI #fakeID #SpringBreak #FloridaPolice #police #arrest #college #BallState #entitled
