@APC has obtained body camera footage of Florida sheriff's deputies chasing and arresting an illegal dumper. In Florida it is illegal to dump your trash on private property, with 50 cubic feet being the threshold for a felony. This is often a problem in rural areas, this being the rare instance where a dumper was caught in the act. The Pasco county sheriff's office is bound to Marsy's Law, a state law designed to protect victims. Departments are given a lot of leeway in their interpretation, Pasco chooses to censor private residences and officers faces in an attempt to protect "victims".
