A mother walks her daughter to school to prevent a planned fight—but the rival teen and her mom show up yelling, and the confrontation explodes outside the school. With limited backup in the moment, one officer has to control a fast-moving brawl while people shout, pull, and refuse to separate. Later, a review summarizes why the officer used force: during the struggle, he believed his duty holster was being grabbed, and he struck both teens to regain control and break the fight apart. Both teens were arrested, the mom was detained and later released, and the incident was evaluated as reasonable force under the circumstances.
