It was near Route 33 and Milford Road. The car was a 2001 Toyota Camry. She told dispatch and turned on her lights. She stopped the car. The driver turned onto Thomas Avenue. Then, the driver went the wrong way on a one-way street. Officer Orbin got out. She met the driver, Shivaani. Shivaani said she was going back to Villanova. Officer Orbin noticed Shivaani couldn't find her license. She also smelled alcohol. Shivaani admitted to one drink about 12 hours earlier. Officer Orbin asked for backup due to possible impairment. Sergeants McWhorter, Hoffmann, and Gebler arrived. Shivaani was asked to do tests. Officer Orbin started with an eye test. She saw four signs of impairment. Next was a walk and turn test. Shivaani did not step heel-to-toe. She turned incorrectly. She also used her arms for balance. The last test was standing on one leg. Shivaani did not lift her foot correctly. She used her arms for balance again. Based on the driving, alcohol smell, and failed tests, Officer Orbin arrested Shivaani. She arrested her for drunk driving. Her car was impounded for 12 hours. Officer Orbin took Shivaani to the police station. Her dog also went to the station. The dog was kept in a safe area. At the station, Shivaani heard the rules. She agreed to a breath test. Her test showed a blood alcohol level of 0.15%. This was almost twice the legal limit. After processing, Shivaani's mother picked her up. She signed a form for Shivaani. Shivaani received tickets for drunk driving, reckless driving, careless driving, and going the wrong way. Later, on November 27, 2023, Shivaani pleaded guilty. She had to use an ignition interlock device for seven months. She also spent 12 hours at a program for drunk drivers. She paid $740 in fines. 18:24 soab 19:36 Her eyes when the cops conducts the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus 24:20 should have taken her smart watch off her arm. If you enjoyed this BodyCamBust video.
