Stephanie Melgoza, 23, was a college student four weeks from graduation. On the night of April 10, she got behind the wheel after drinking. She struck and took the lives of Paul Prowant, 55, and Andrea Rosewicz, 43, outside a bar in East Peoria, Illinois. What happened next was captured on police bodycam — and it became one of the most disturbing recordings ever released. She smiled. She laughed. She sang. She asked when she could get her car back. She asked about school. She talked about her upcoming Vegas birthday trip. She wanted to join the "DUI Club." The officer finally snapped: "You’re on body camera being completely careless about taking two lives tonight. You could care less. That's sad and pathetic and horrible all at the same time." This is the full 60-minute documentary breakdown. The bodycam. The 911 call. The crash scene. The hospital. The trial. The sentencing. Every second. ⚠️ Disclaimer: This video is produced for educational and documentary purposes only.
