On February 25, 2025, at approximately 8:15 p.m., Police Officer Nasir Willey responded to Dunkin Donuts, 400 Newark St., on reports of a person acting disorderly inside the shop. Upon arrival, they located the actor, later identified as 48-year-old Stacey Butler of Hoboken. An on-scene investigation revealed Butler was refused service due to her behavior and then pulled her pants down in the main service area. While police were on the scene, Butler continued to yell profanities while other patrons were inside the establishment. Sgt. Roary Miller and Police Officer Keven De La Cruz arrived on the scene to assist. Butler continued to act disorderly and was issued a special complaint summons for disorderly conduct. Due to her condition and behavior, she was transported to an area hospital and released with a summons. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty
