The staff observed a female remove a large s*x toy and three packages of "D" size batteries from the shelf. She then handed the items to a male who was with her and he concealed the items. When staff confronted them the female accused the staff of being racist. Security arrived and asked the couple to relocate to the mall security office. Once there, the female calmed down. In the office, Officers identified 22 year old Rikia and 43 year old Derico as the suspects. The items were recovered. Officers were familiar with the female as she is out on bond for at least 5 shopliftings charges. In a review of her criminal history, she had three convictions for shoplifting. both suspects were taken into custody. Both were barred from the Georgia Square Mall and Spencers for two years.
