#arrest #police #bodycam #dui Miranda Hinnant (19, Female) was arrested on 07/12/2021 0131 by Officer Proffer of the University of Central Florida Police Department for Driving Under the Influence. Sergeant Holt, of the UCF PD made the original traffic stop, stating that Miranda swerved through the center divider 9 times. He collected Miranda's fake ID during the initial traffic stop. The arresting officer, Off. Proffer was a rookie at the time. She responded with her field training officer, who seemed to give her a lot of reminders during the incident. Miranda blew a 0.116/0.117 BAC during her breathalyzer test at the station. Before the arrest, Officer Proffer asked Miranda to pose as if she was skiing, framing it as another field sobriety test. Miranda expressed concern with what she was being asked to do, stating she was scared. The officer then proceeded to handcuff and arrest her while she was in the vulnerable position, pretending to 'ski'. You be judge, did the officers act professionally?
