Bodycam footage captures the bizarre moment a Florida deputy pulls over 36-year-old Kathleen Thomas for allegedly texting while driving using her right hand — despite the fact she was born without one. The February 11th traffic stop in Lake Worth Beach quickly went viral after the deputy continued questioning Thomas and asked her to put a “hand to God” that she wasn’t texting. The citation was later dismissed due to a lack of evidence. In this video, we break down the full bodycam footage, the traffic stop, public reaction, and how the case ultimately collapsed. #bodycam #police #policechase #dashcam
