Late on the night of October 9th, 2025, around 10:37 PM, a white pickup truck drew the attention of Arkansas State Police near Hot Spring County. When units moved in to stop the vehicle, the driver suddenly bolted from the truck and ran into a nearby field off Family Road, beginning a tense foot pursuit in the dark. Troopers could be heard shouting commands — “Show me your hands!” and “Get on the ground!” — as radio traffic came alive with updates. The suspect, described as a white male wearing a brown hoodie, ball cap, and jeans, fled south across open terrain. Multiple agencies coordinated by GPS and radio, establishing a perimeter east of Family Road while requesting K-9 units and additional support. As officers fanned out through tall grass and abandoned property, thermal imagers and flashlights cut through the darkness in search of the suspect.
