Police responded to reports of erratic driving involving a Cadillac Escalade. The vehicle was observed failing to stay in its lane, striking a curb, and operating windshield wipers despite clear weather conditions. An officer witnessed the SUV cross the fog line repeatedly and drift into oncoming traffic, nearly causing a collision. During the traffic stop, the vehicle nearly entered a ditch before continuing almost to the center of an intersection. Upon contact with the driver, officers discovered two young children in the rear seats. The driver exhibited signs of severe impairment, including inability to form complete sentences and difficulty recalling words. She denied having any medical conditions or consuming alcohol or prescription medications. Fortunately, the incident concluded without requiring emergency medical services.
