On July 17, 2025, Flagler County Sheriff's Deputy Punsky stopped a vehicle are allegedly failing to come to a complete stop at a stop sign. The vehicle was being driven by a 41-year-old woman. When asked for her driver's license, she stated she would "show it", but would not hand it over to Deputy Punsky. When backup arrived, the woman was asked to step out of the vehicle. She was eventually arrested for Obstruction without Violence and was transported to the Flagler County Jail.
