A Corrales, New Mexico police sergeant noticed a woman nearly fall into his patrol car outside a market, then watched her drive off with her door wide open and drift across the fog line twice. She failed field sobriety testing and later provided a breath sample of 0.30/0.32 BrAC — roughly four times the legal limit. At the jail, when told her license would be suspended and she'd lose her ability to drive to work, she snapped at the sergeant that it was his fault. His response: "You chose to drink and drive, not me." She was charged with Aggravated DWI and a lane violation. This video is for educational and informational purposes only.
