Late night on January 30, 2024, police in Stuart, Florida, were alerted through a 911 call that a man apparently removed some kind of red metal bars from the local Salvation Army. Police soon located a suspect in the possession of a large metal stick figure and placed him under arrest. 50 Police Body Cam (that’s “five-oh”) is an educational resource for viewers to witness the real-life situations faced by the men and women of law enforcement. We are not affiliated with any news organization or law enforcement agency. Body cam footage is obtained legally through the Freedom of Information Act and edited for time, clarity, privacy, and content. We aim to maintain an unbiased look at events and urge viewers to remember that all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. At no time is our intention, ever, to glorify the use of force or violence or to mock victims, officers, or suspects. Our wish is compassion for all parties involved.
