During an on-scene investigation it was learned another man, later identified as 38-year-old Danilo Sanchez of the Bronx, began to record the situation as security was detaining Fortune and made threats toward employees. Sanchez was still in the store, and he was arrested for making terroristic threats. It was further learned he tried to steal bottled water and fish. A search incident to arrest located a damp rolled cigar leaf suspected to be CDS PeeCPee and an orange pill bottle containing three powdery white rocks suspected to be CDS c*caine. He was also charged with shoplifting, possession of CDS with intent to use, and possession of CDS. Both men were processed at Hoboken Police Headquarters, and ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. An arrest is not a finding of guilt: that’s something for a court to decide.
