The vessel was stranded in open water with 5 people onboard. The winds reached speeds of 60 mph with heavy rain and lightning in the area. Using GPS and their knowledge of the lake, they were able to locate the boaters. Thanks to the Texas Game Wardens, all five individuals were successfully rescued and their boat was brought to a safe location.
