On July 27th, 2023. Police responded to a residence regarding a father who had been evicted from his home but refused to leave. The man kept arguing with his landlord and police, trying to show him that he paid rent but it didn't matter because he had already been evicted. The evicted tenant kept calling 911 multiple times throughout the day for the same problem & even showed up the police station to try and plea his case. After leaving the station, he then called 911 again and police were going to arrest him but he grabbed his child and put in harms way. This is the body-cam footage of the events that followed.
