In my mind, this is a VERY SERIOUS issue. There's been division on it and it seems like there shouldn't be. Freedom means being left alone to do whatever the heck you want in this life, including stupid things that other people might find objectionable. If an individual is stupid enough to want to turn his business into a CONSTITUTION-FREE Zone, shouldn't be be FREE to do that? If he's NOT free to do that, without being intruded upon by the state, is he TRULY free? If we beg the government to FORCE a business owner to serve us, aren't we calling for the very TYRANNY we claim to be against? Is discrimination bad? I think we all agree that it is. But what's WORSE than discrimination? A DISCRIMINATING Government FORCING "anti-discrimination" laws down the throats of people in the name of "maintaining equity," and "securing liberty."
