A mom in Sunrise, Florida is accused of leaving her two toddlers in an Uber and disappearing for nearly two hours. Police say 32-year-old Emily Sabogal got out of the Uber, told the driver she would be back in a few minutes, then never returned. Her 3 and 4 year old children were still sitting in the back seat while the driver waited and eventually called 911. Bodycam footage shows officers checking on the kids, who were safe but hungry and thirsty, then confronting Sabogal after they found her near a McDonald’s about 2 miles away. She was arrested on child neglect and child desertion charges. The Uber driver could have ignored it, but instead he stayed with the kids and called for help. #truecrimecases #policebodycamera
