Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only. On October 3, 2025, at approximately 7:16 PM, Officer Thomas Carlson responded to reports of an injured deer located on Henry Hudson Drive beneath the George Washington Bridge. Upon arrival, Officer Carlson observed a deer lying in the roadway exhibiting agonal breathing, indicating imminent death. Officer Carlson issued multiple lawful commands to Ms Lazimi, directing her to return to her vehicle and clear the roadway to prevent traffic congestion and ensure public safety. Ms Lazimi refused to comply with these lawful orders and continued placing calls to 911 requesting emergency medical services for the deer. As a result of her refusal to move her vehicle, traffic congestion intensified, resulting in gridlock conditions under the bridge structure. Watch the full video to witness the events of this true crime unfold.
