The location was near 14 N Washington Street. Two cars were involved: a 2005 Chevy Malibu and a 2015 Honda Accord. While talking to the drivers, Officer Finch saw something else. A woman in a 2012 Nissan Juke backed out of a parking space. She then hit the Chevy Malibu again. The Juke struck the right rear side of the Malibu. After seeing this, Officer Finch approached the Juke driver. The driver's name was Megan. While speaking with her, Officer Finch smelled alcohol. He also noticed other signs that she was impaired. Officer Andrea Kendall walked back to his patrol car. He needed to file the vehicle exchange report. Megan found her car registration quickly. But she struggled to find her proof of insurance. Officer Kendall asked Megan if she had been drinking. Megan admitted she had one drink earlier. The officer suspected Megan was impaired. He decided to take her to the Easton Police Department. There, they could conduct sobriety tests inside. The sally port offered a secure location for the exercises. Megan arrived at the Easton Police Department. Patrolman Finch was ready to perform field sobriety tests. Sergeant Dyott assisted. First, Finch did the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test. Megan's eyes showed a lack of smooth pursuit. They jerked at maximum deviation. The jerking started before 45 degrees. Next was the Walk and Turn test. Megan didn't touch heel-to-toe. She turned the wrong way. She raised her arms to balance herself. Finally, she tried the One Leg Stand. Megan couldn't raise her foot right. She put her foot down too early. The car crash hinted trouble. Megan smelled of alcohol. She even admitted to drinking. Field sobriety tests? She failed badly. Officers told Megan she was under arrest. The charge was DUI. Patrolman Finch drove her to the Easton barrack. There, police asked Megan for a breath sample. She agreed. Corporal Jean Davenport ran the Intoximeter. Megan's BAC was 0.10. That's over the legal limit. Megan took a breath test at the Easton barrack. Troopers then drove her back to the police station. There, Officer Finch gave Megan several tickets. She was charged with drunk driving and unsafe backing. Her charges also included negligent driving and driving while impaired. She was released and must appear in court. 6:32 It’s perfectly fine, I’ve genuinely only had one drink… 13:41 she saysif you need a drunk driver, that’s what I am! 16:59 Can we move on from her feet down to where I hear a man screaming 31:27 I'm pretty sure she said I swear to god I'm Dick Van Dyke 34:19 o.O If you enjoyed this BodyCamBust video.
