On February 15, 2024, officers responded to Ollie's Bargain Outlet in reference to two white females involved in a heated argument. Upon arrival, the officers met with both victims. One explained that she was conducting some shopping at the store and, as usual, came to the checkout area. She observed a shopping cart full of items but no one around, so she tried to bypass the cart. That's when the situation took an unsuspected turn.
