On August 5th, 2023, in Orlando, a 15-year-old girl bravely called 911 after her drunk, violent mom abandoned her at a store during what was supposed to be a movie night. The mother showed up acting clueless, failed every sobriety test, and showed no remorse. Police rightly arrested her for DUI and child neglect, while the teen was placed safely with her grandfather—far from the chaos her mom created.
