Routine Traffic Stop Escalates into Multi-City Chase & Carjacking ---------------------------------------------------------- Watch the shocking bodycam footage of a routine investigation that quickly spiraled out of control. 🚨 On May 14, 2025, in Willoughby Hills, Ohio, a routine traffic stop for expired tags quickly spiraled out of control. When officers asked the occupants of a dark blue Subaru to step out of the vehicle to identify the passenger, the driver chose to flee. What followed was a highly dangerous, multi-city pursuit. The suspects, later identified as 32-year-old Jacob Montgomery and 42-year-old Stacy Camp, fled on flattened tires, allegedly discarding narcotics and paraphernalia out the window. The reckless flight led to a severe collision with a house and multiple violent carjacking attempts, including the theft of a Nissan Versa. Law enforcement officers from multiple agencies coordinated a massive response, ultimately apprehending both suspects at gunpoint at a local gas station. Montgomery, who was actively on parole, now faces multiple severe felony charges, including aggravated robbery, grand theft of a motor vehicle, and tampering with evidence. Camp was cited for several charges including drug possession and obstruction. What are your thoughts on how the officers handled this volatile situation?
