On this episode, an officer spots a vehicle with a plate that doesn't match. He is following the vehicle and they circle the block and pull over before he activates his lights. The driver acts like she is gettimg out to go to a house. The woman when approached says that the vehicle has a different plate because she is test driving it. She also gives the officer a fake name which happens to be the name of one of the passengers. She does this because her license is suspended for a DWI. So now we have a fake name and a fake license plate. To top it off she smells like alcohol. The officer runs her through field sobriety tests and she fails them. After she is arrested the actual owner of the vehicle shows up and wants to drive it home. Unfortunately the tow truck is there and it is being towed. This irritates the man and he says he will call his cousin who has been a sheriff for 20 years. He proceeds to tell the officers that they are screwing him over and he eventually leaves. The woman faces 5 charges including a 2nd offense DWI. PoliceGeek provides unbiased and authentic footage of incidents captured on body cams.
