Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: On July 14, 2025, at about 10:38 PM, Officer Mark Chanley from Piscataway Township Police paused for a Taco Bell break. The spot was 4807 Stelton Road in South Plainfield. He spotted a white 2021 Jeep hit a curb. Then it smashed a sign and tried to bolt. Chanley chased it down. He pulled her over. She stopped in the Staples lot at 7000 Hadley Road, right by a handicapped spot. The driver was Sandy Perez. She worked as a Sheriff's Officer for Middlesex County. She said she headed to a hotel after a fight with her partner. Later, she owned up to a few drinks that night. Officer Nicholas Polizzano showed up soon. He handled the case from there. Cops suspected she was drunk. Her Jeep's front end looked wrecked. They asked for sobriety tests. Sandy said no. They arrested her for DWI right then. South Plainfield Police grabbed her Sheriff's vest. She noted her gun was locked in the back. A quick search turned up two open Jameson whiskey bottles. They towed her Jeep for a 12-hour hold under John's Law. Then they took Sandy to the South Plainfield station. Officer Polizzano gave her these tickets: Driving under the influence (39:4-50) Reckless driving (39:4-96) Fleeing accident with property damage (39:4-129B) Not reporting accident (39:4-130) Drinking booze in the car (39:4-51A) Open container (39:4-51B) Court files show her case waits in South Plainfield Municipal Court as of October 5, 2025. 0:48 Nope nope nope.
