Cleveland, Ohio -- Officers with the Cleveland Division of Police were called to a Spirit Airline's flight after a man was allegedly "threatening" a fellow passenger on the flight. Police arrived and asked the man to exit the plane, which the man refused to do. All passengers had to be de-planed before the man got up on his own and walked out. This footage is actually never before seen, because the City of Cleveland tried to withhold this footage under a federal exemption. However, unlike local media, I did my own research into this "federal exemption". Long story short, I asked a Homeland Security Office and they agreed with me that this footage did not fall under this exemption. I then went back to the City of Cleveland with this information and they gave up the footage.
