On March 6, 2023. Officers with the Menomonee Falls police department responded to investigate the report of a reckless vehicle that almost collided with several other vehicles. The vehicle was located and a traffic stop was conducted. The driver exited the vehicle after nearly 20 minuts and appeared intoxicated and was behaving erratically. The driver was given several commands and refused to comply with the officers. Investigation revealed the driver was intoxicated and he was asked to perform field sobriety tests. The driver was eventually arrested and booked for Operating while intoxicated 5th offense and operating after revocation. He was transported out to the Waukesha County jail.
