Deputies find Kyleah Tolle at a Washington resort after police discover her seven-month-old baby dead at home. Her two-year-old survived. During the arrest, she says she was coming to surrender, requests a lawyer and argues about her phone and the car police intend to hold as evidence. This edited bodycam and patrol-car footage follows the February 25, 2025 encounter, the reading of her rights and witnesses' accounts of her movements at the resort. It does not show the discovery of the children or the complete investigation.
