On July 20, 2024, In San Francisco California Highway Patrol Officers Patrolling Interstate 80 near Treasure Island were passed by a Subaru Outback going 103 miles per hour the driver refused to stop and fled from officers speeding through traffic on the Bay Bridge eventually exiting at the Harrison Street exit and continued north on Fremont Street and took a left on Folsom Street. The Officers discontinued the Pursuit due to public safety and let the CHP Helicopter GG - A37 take over following the Suspect vehicle on the city streets. The Driver Woodrow Creech eventually stopped the Subaru and parked in a parking lot on 7th Street and exited the car with a backpack and began running on foot towards King and Division Streets where he was taken into custody by officers.
