Prior to this pursuit, Foos had exhibited several instances of dangerous behavior. Some of those behaviors include pulling a shotgun out in traffic, amongst several other things. Foos shot at Officers three times from his car. Police were able to successfully deflate the tires on Foos's car, and when he finally stopped in the Rose Hill Cemetery, Foos emerged wielding a short-barreled shotgun and a semi-automatic pistol. As a continuing threat, Officers fired upon Foos, striking him. Foos died at the scene. The officers involved were put on administrative leave, but the DA cleared them and did not file charges. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Special thanks to Shout-Out Supporters on Patreon: - 'BoJassim' - 'Sopaul' - Ignacio Girdeux - Michael Mortimer - 'Mystery Mayhem' - 'Liberatorgamer' - Lisa Overly - 'T.L.S.' - Connor Davies - Paul Rohrbaugh - Nash Martin - 'Necko' - Gerardo Flores - Richard Vannieuwenhuyse - Rose Keyes - 'Popeyez' - 'DIY Solar Power with Will Prowse' - 'Roman1983' - Anthony Eufemio - 'Donkbot' - Gage Kissinger - Alex F - Eian Smith - 'HelloDarknessMyOldFriend' - 'coco Coco' - 'The Chocolate Thief' - 'Jacob from Wisconi' - 'gorey hole' - Joe ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Support us at BuyMeACoffee: https://www.BuyMeACoffee.com/PoliceActivity Support us on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/PoliceActivity Follow us on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Police_Activity 🛍️ Check out our Amazon store: https://www.amazon.com/shop/PoliceActivity 🛍️ Disclosure: Please note that we will receive a small commission from purchases made through our Amazon store.
