On September 8th, 2024. A worried mom called police when she noticed her 2-year-old son had marks and bruises after spending the week their dad. The mom stated that this has been ongoing for some weeks and that whenever he watches him, he returns with some injuries. Police confronted the man, and he claimed to not have noticed the marks and bruises but instead said his son was playing around and fell off a trampoline, even though the injuries and much more severe.
