Anderson by Officer Lambe, R. In this video, we use the released police reports to detail the three charges filed against Anderson: ​Circulate False Report of Impending Disaster ​Resist Arrest/Elude (Resist or Interfere w/ Police) ​Obstruct Admin of Law (Obstructing Justice) These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. An arrest is not a finding of guilt: that’s something for a court to decide.
