On July 2, 2024, in Georgia, a woman was stopped by police for repeatedly crossing lanes, raising suspicions of impairment. During the stop, she argued with the officer, denied consuming alcohol, and refused to perform sobriety tests, leading to her arrest for DUI and resisting an officer. She continued to be combative while being processed, resisting entry into her vehicle and disputing the officers' actions. Her noncooperative behavior resulted in additional charges for resisting arrest and failure to maintain her lane. Ultimately, she was taken into custody and charged with DUI, resisting arrest without violence, and traffic violations.
