A quiet night in Denville, New Jersey, took a dramatic turn when police responded to a noise complaint — only to find 60-year-old banker Marcy B. Levinson behind the wheel of a black 2023 Volkswagen Jetta, stuck off the road. At first, she claimed she had “just one glass of wine.” But officers immediately noticed the strong odor of alcohol, slurred speech, and clear signs of impairment. When she attempted the field sobriety tests, Marcy stumbled, lost her balance, and failed to follow basic instructions.
